Cornwall Captains v Cornish Nomads

36 Captains played against The Cornish Nomads for The Lew Medland Trophy. The weather was very hot with little or no breeze. After eight matches the games were all square. Unfortunately the Captains lost to the Nomads - 693 points to the Nomads and 689 points to the Captains. Winning the best pair tankards with 43 points was Paul Forse and John Bishop.
