Cornwall Golf Captains

September 9th - 11th 2024

 The 53rd annual away traditional tour took place as usual over three days. The first day's match was held at Wychwood Golf Club. The weather was warm with little breeze. The second day's match was held at Drayton Park Golf Club. The weather was warm but we all experienced very heavy showers. Finally, the third day's match was held at Burford Golf Club with the occasional shower. Unfortunately, overall we lost 3 - 0.

Our Captain Mark Twynham donated a new trophy for the best individual Cornwall Captain and this was awarded to Jim McKenzie

The final day evening dinner was attended with well over 50 members from both Counties, and all enjoyed the evening with the usual banter from both sides.
