Cornwall Golf Captains

29 Captains left Cornwall for the traditional annual tour to Oxford. This particular tour was very special as we celebrated a 50 year relationship with the Oxford Captains. The weather over the three days golf was dry, warm and sunny. Our first match was played at The Springs Golf Club but unfortunately lost 8 matches to 4. Our second match was played at The Oxfordshire Golf Club with a marginally better score only losing 7 matches to 5. Our last match was played at The Cotswold Golf Club but again losing 9½ - 2½. Oxford Golf Captains presented Cornwall Captains with commemorative label badges and Cornwall Captains presented Oxford Captains with commemorative ball markers.
