Cornwall Golf Captains

​

 The 50th annual home traditional tour had to be reduced to two days and each team was reduced to 16 a side due to covid restrictions. The first day was Tuesday 18th May at St. Austell Golf Club. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful with both teams getting very wet and Cornwall losing 5 to 3. On Wednesday 19th May the conditions were glorious, warm and sunny but it did not help the Cornwall Captains losing 6 to 2.

We now look forward to the away fixture in September.

The final day evening dinner was attended by 32 members from both Counties and enjoyed by a well served meal by the golf club staff with the usual banter from both sides.
